Part of a microlearning training series, this video focuses on a single foundational task so learners can build confidence through clear, step-by-step guidance and return for quick refreshers as needed.

Storyline Interactive Scenario: Hiring an Instructional Designer

This interactive branching scenario demonstrates how I combine instructional design strategy with engaging storytelling. Built in Articulate Storyline, it challenges hiring managers to navigate realistic decision points while showing how scenarios help learners practice skills and change behaviors in a safe environment.

Figma Flyer: W-2 Access Guide for Employees

A mid-year payroll platform change meant employees needed to access two separate W-2s during tax season. This flyer provided straightforward, visually clear instructions aligned with the company's branding style.

Articulate Rise Module: Employee Journey Overview

Built in Articulate Rise, this microlearning module introduces Lone Peak Dental Group managers to the employee journey framework. By establishing the big picture first, it prepares learners for the detailed video lessons on each stage that follow.

Designed for dual use—as a live virtual training aid and an asynchronous reference guide—it makes sure coaches have the information they need, when they need it. As a Business Systems Subject Matter Expert, I identified a knowledge gap that was creating friction for Guild learners. This microlearning video teaches coaches how to properly close Salesforce opportunities, removing roadblocks when learners switch educational programs.

Built from scratch using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, this website uses a learner-focused design that prioritizes clarity and simplicity. The interactive assessment models how low-stakes self-checks support learning without adding stress.

A needs assessment survey created for enrollment coaches using Salesforce to conduct outreach to prospective students. The survey identifies gaps in training and documentation that prevent coaches from working efficiently. This project demonstrates how I gather targeted learner feedback to inform the development of training materials and knowledge resources.

Stakeholder & SME Discovery Guide

A structured conversation guide for collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts during the initial needs analysis phase. With an emphasis on desired behavior change in the learner, this tool helps uncover the business problem, identify performance gaps, and align learning solutions with organizational goals. Identifying all stakeholders early helps prevent scope conflicts and ensures cross-functional alignment.
